Yes, we provide a Free Trial that allows you to test our features for up to 30 days, starting from the delivery of your Business Card and Landing Page until you decide to make a purchase. No credit card is required, there are no contract obligations, and we guarantee full respect for your privacy.

Unfortunately, changing the username is a forbidden action. The username is linked to the Smart QR Code, which means that any correction would require changing the QR Code and could cause misalignment with all your printed materials. Therefore, once chosen, the username cannot be changed.

You can pay securely using your card through the PayPal platform. We do not retain any of your financial details after payment, and we ensure that there are no hidden recurring payments activated. You only pay if you choose to renew.

Yes. During the free trial, you have complete freedom without any obligation. For paid subscribers, please note that our subscriptions are prepaid annually, and non-auto-renewable, and non-refundable. However, you can cancel your data and/or profile at any time by accessing your Dashboard and requesting cancellation.

Since we do not automatically renew your subscription, your pages will remain as they are. You are free to delete your data or personal details if needed.
If you choose to do not renew your subscrition once expired, your data will be automatically deleted from our server.

We do not have any hidden fees beyond those described in our Pricing Plan page.

A vCard, short for Virtual Contact File, is a standardized electronic business card format used for sharing contact information. It includes details such as a person's name, address, phone number, email address, occupation, and website URL. They can be easily saved into address books or contact application in devices like phones or computers of any brand.

Simply open your phone camera. It will automatically recognize the QRCode, and with a single click, you'll be directed to the linked content.

With our Super Basic Plan, simply point your phone camera over the QR Code printed on the business card. Click on the link that appears, and a vCard (your contact details) will be downloaded and saved automatically to your phone.

With any other plan, the link will redirect users to your landing page. From there, they can click the dedicated button "Save my Contact," and the process will be the same as before.

Yes. Our Landing Pages are 100% responsive and designed to look great on any device.

Each project corresponds to one QR code. While you can edit your data, you cannot edit your QR code.

Yes, there is a fixed limit on the number of edits a user can apply monthly. The limit is 4 edits per month.

It's worth noting that while some core data remains on our servers and there's still an annual subscription, your customers will see only your domain name throughout their interactions. We'll provide you with a couple of files to upload exactly where instructed, ensuring smooth functionality.

If you want to use your own domain but are unsure how to upload the files, don't worry! Click on 'support' to reach us, and we'll do our best to assist you. We can offer some free advice or connect you with one of our technicians for a fee, which will include additional charges for their services.

We offer a generous selection of templates for both business cards and landing pages. You can filter them by color and content based on your needs.

Absolutely! You have full creative freedom to use any design you prefer. If you opt for your own design, just make sure to include your Smart QRCode. This ensures it's linked to the corresponding landing page or VCard.

Design

For printing materials (such as Profile Pictures and Logos for your Business Cards), we recommend uploading a JPG file with dimensions of at least 1500px x 1500px and a resolution of 300 dpi. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. Please note that all uploaded material will be cropped into squares.

For web materials, we suggest a minimum size of 500px x 500px and a resolution of 72 dpi. We will take care of optimizing the files for web use

Our suggestion is to consider using an icon that better fits the requirements of web use. Choose something that still represents your company logo but in a more compact and web-friendly format. This is a common solution adopted by many companies for web use. If you need professional assistance, feel free to contact us through the support area.

There are several free tools available for resizing images, both in terms of dimensions and file size. While we encourage you to choose the tool that best suits your needs, if you're looking for a recommendation, you may consider using Photopea or Canva for resizing your images.
