To register and become a Diphy Bridge user, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you must have their explicit permission to do so. You are responsible for your account and ensuring its lawful use. By creating an account, you agree to abide by these Terms and confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement with us. Please provide accurate information about yourself, and inform us promptly of any changes so we can update your details.
If you are using Diphy Bridge on behalf of a business or individual, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf. You are accountable for any activity related to your account, so safeguard your login details and refrain from sharing them with others.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately. You are not permitted to transfer your account to another party or use it in a manner that, in our reasonable judgment, may harm Diphy Bridge, its reputation, or infringe upon the rights of others or applicable laws and regulations.

Your Username

When you create a Diphy Bridge account, you must select a username that respects the rights of all users. While your username may hold personal significance, it must also be appropriate and refrain from infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyright and trademarks. Avoid using names of celebrities or brands, offensive or vulgar language, or selecting a username solely for future profit.
In the event of any issues with your username, we will assess the situation fairly and may request that you change it. If you decline, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Failure to renew your subscription for six consecutive months may result in the reclamation or reassignment of your username.

Managing your Plan

You have the flexibility to sign up for Diphy Bridge and cancel your plan at any time. Your plan begins upon acceptance of these Terms and remains active until canceled. If you terminate a paid plan, it will typically remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel, visit the billing page at https://app.diphybridge.com.
Suspension or Cancellation of Your Account
Failure to comply with these Terms may lead to the suspension or termination of your Diphy Bridge account, or other actions to address non-compliance. For instance, failure to make timely payments may result in the deletion of your data from our servers.
The actions we take will depend on the severity and nature of the non-compliance. While suspension or cancellation may not always be necessary, repeated or significant violations are more likely to warrant such measures. In the event of suspension or cancellation, we strive to provide advance notice, although we are not obligated to do so.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for fees paid in advance. If you believe your account was mistakenly canceled or if you encounter any issues with these Terms or the Platform, please contact us through the Support Center. We are committed to working together in good faith to resolve any disputes before considering legal action.

Content Responsibility

We are not responsible for any content shared by our customers on their landing pages or business cards. Customers are solely responsible for the content they upload, and we cannot be held liable for any misuse of our services.

Free Trial

The free trial period begins on the day the user submits their information through the form and lasts for 30 days or until the day of purchase, whichever comes first.

Plan Details

The pricing plans outlined on the Pricing Page and detailed within these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current pricing plans and terms regularly. Any modifications to the plans will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing and terms.

TIME SAVER
The quotation for our services will be delivered based on the quantity and quality of the data provided by the user. It is imperative to note that this solution includes only the First-Time creation of your Diphy. Additionally, there is the possibility to request modifications only once more, and the payment for this extra setting is required once only.
Upon selection, you will be prompted to choose and confirm a Plan. The chosen plan is payable annually. The subscription encompasses the components included in the suggested solution during the evaluation/quotation phase. It can be one of those below.

SUPER BASIC PLAN
The subscription is payable annually and encompasses the following components included in the price: one Smart Business Card Template, one Smart QRCode (note: the QRCode generation is limited to one instance with no editing permitted thereafter), one VCard, and complimentary hosting for the storage of the VCard.

REGULAR PLAN
The subscription is payable annually and encompasses the following components included in the price: one Smart Business Card Template, one Smart QRCode (note: the QRCode generation is limited to one instance with no editing permitted thereafter), one VCard, one Smart Landing Page with the features/limitations described on the Pricing Page. Additionally, complimentary hosting is provided for the storage of the Landing Page and the VCard.

PREMIUM PLAN
The subscription is payable annually and encompasses the following components included in the price: one Smart Business Card Template, one Smart QRCode (note: the QRCode generation is limited to one instance with no editing permitted thereafter), one VCard, one Smart Landing Page with the features/limitations described on the Pricing Page. Additionally, complimentary hosting is provided for the storage of the Landing Page and the VCard.

ELITE PLAN
The subscription is payable annually and encompasses the following components included in the price: one Smart Business Card Template, one Smart QRCode (note: the QRCode generation is limited to one instance with no editing permitted thereafter), one VCard, one Smart Landing Page with the features/limitations described on the Pricing Page. Additionally, complimentary hosting is provided for the storage of the core data, furthermore, we offer the possibility to connect our service with your domain.

It is important to note that while we will endeavor to guide you through the process of installing the file on your own server where your domain lives, it remains your responsibility to execute this action. Please be aware that our professional support is not included in the price.

Purchasing and Renewal

Purchasing a subscription grants access to our services for 365 days from the date of purchase. Subscriptions are prepaid annually with no refunds in case of regrets. We do not retain any fiscal information and do not force users to renew their subscription unless they express their own will.
Ensure timely payment of subscription fees. Your paid plan will not be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
When signing up, provide accurate billing details and a valid payment method (e.g., credit card). This authorization enables us to charge the applicable fees. In the event of automatic billing failure, you will receive an online invoice that must be settled within the specified timeframe.

Elite Plan Termination

Users who subscribe to the Elite Plan acknowledge and accept that failure to renew the plan upon expiration or that failure to purchase the plan after the free trial, may result in the termination of the service. Upon termination, users may lose access to their domain-linked landing pages and associated services. It is imperative to understand that while users may assume their data is stored on their server, it's crucial to recognize that the bulk of the data and core coding resides on our servers. It's important to emphasize that this service operates on an annual subscription basis, distinct from one-time web development purchases.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies only in cases of accidental duplicate payments or similar errors. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. Please ensure accuracy when making payments to avoid any discrepancies.

Editing Limitations

Customers and Trial Users are not allowed to change the Username once created one. The username is linked to the Smart QR Code, which means that any correction would require changing the QR Code and could cause misalignment with all your printed materials. Therefore, once chosen, the username cannot be changed.
Every username corresponds to a single project. Creating a new username corresponds to a new purchasing plan.

Customers are allowed to edit their data or landing pages a maximum of 4 times per month. Any editing requests must be communicated through the forms on the user's Dashboard "Edit my Diphy".

Permission to Use Images or Data

By utilizing our services, users grant us permission to utilize any images or data provided for the purpose of creating and managing their landing pages or business cards. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of images, logos, text, and other content for the sole purpose of fulfilling the user's requests and requirements related to our services.

Do Not Share Sensitive Information

We encourage users not to share sensitive information, including but not limited to personal identification numbers, financial information, or any other confidential data. As our platform operates in a public domain, we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any information shared on our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they do not share sensitive or confidential information that may compromise their security or privacy. Additionally, please note that we may monitor and check the data shared on our platform to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions and to maintain the integrity of our services.

Data Verification

Users agree to allow us to verify and cross-reference the data provided during the registration process. This may involve manual checks and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information provided.

Domain Connection Assistance

In cases where users request assistance in connecting their landing pages to their own domains, users agree to provide us with access to their domain management tools or systems as necessary. By requesting our assistance, users acknowledge that we may need to access and modify domain settings on their behalf to facilitate the connection process.

Data and Code Storage

Users acknowledge and agree that all data and core information related to their landing pages, including but not limited to code, templates, and design elements, remain stored on our servers. This data may be retained for administrative, backup, or legal purposes as necessary.

Restricted Content

We do not accept hosting or publishing of pornographic, drug-related, violent content (including hunting or selling weapons), and other prohibited content. Additionally, users are prohibited from sharing any content that promotes illegal activities, harassment, discrimination, or any form of hate speech. This includes content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, such as unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material or trademarks.
